Zach GiblerChief Executive Officer -
Zachary Gibler has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lighting Science Group Corporation since June 2009. Gibler is a lighting industry veteran with more than fifteen years experience who joined Lighting Science Group in June 2007. As Vice President of Business Development and Chief Business Development Officer, he has been responsible for overseeing business development efforts globally, including sales and marketing, brand identity and channel partnership programs. He has also led the build-out of the Company's global sales force and LED lighting solution product launches. Prior to LSG, Gibler served as a vice president at lighting fixture leader Acuity Brands, Inc. He began his career at Acuity in 1994 and has held a variety of positions in sales management, marketing, and technology development.

Khaled HaramPresident and Chief Operating Officer -
Haram is responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, and supply chain and manufacturing operations and reports to Zach Gibler, Chief Executive Officer of LSG. Khaled Haram has over 25 years of experience across several industries, including entertainment supply chain management, consumer goods, and management consulting. Haram joined Lighting Science from Pegasus Capital Advisors, LP, a private equity fund. At Pegasus, Haram served as an operating advisor where he developed financing programs for energy efficient products and services and provided assistance to LSG. Prior to joining Pegasus in 2008, Haram was the Chief Financial Officer at Handleman Company, a music category manager for retailers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He also was responsible for the company's U.K. business and served as Chief Information Officer during his three year tenure at Handleman. From 2002 to 2006, Haram served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zalia Cosmetics, the first Latin focused cosmetics brand. Haram spent ten years at Estee Lauder Companies, where he held several leadership positions in strategic planning and information technology. He also held management consulting positions at Ernst & Young and business solutions analyst roles at Citibank, N.A. Haram holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University, and a B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union.

Kathryn ReynoldsSenior Vice President, Strategy and Finance -
Ms. Reynolds serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Finance, of Lighting Science Group Corporation. Recently, Ms. Reynolds has worked as a management consultant through her own company, Reynolds Wallbrink LLC, specializing in providing strategic restructuring and capital raising for small and mid-sized, privately-held companies. Her most recent engagement was with IX Energy where she acted as interim CFO in order to raise capital for general expansion. Ms. Reynolds has been responsible for strategic restructuring and capital raising for several well-known companies including SecuriMetrics, the leading biometrics company specializing in iris recognition security systems; Coldwell Banker Europe, International Travel & Tour, Brasilinvest Energy Ltd, Overture Financial Services and Han Feng Designs.
Prior to 2002, Ms. Reynolds spent over 13 years of her career working for Merrill Lynch; eight years in international investment banking, followed by five years in corporate strategy for private banking and wealth management. From 2000 to 2002, she was responsible for creating, launching and leading Merrill Lynch's Private Wealth Services Group focused on premier servicing of Merrill Lynch's family office clients outside the U.S. which managed more than $35 billion in assets. Throughout her career at Merrill Lynch, Ms. Reynolds participated in many leadership forums within the company and helped create the first women's leadership forum in 1999.

John MitchellGeneral Counsel -
John Mitchell is the General Counsel of Lighting Science Group and is responsible for overseeing all of the company's legal matters. Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in the lighting industry, having previously served as the chief intellectual property counsel at international lighting company Osram Sylvania. Mr. Mitchell has also held positions at the law firms Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox and he served as counsel for Reebok International Ltd.

Fred MaxikChief Scientific Research Officer -
Fredric S. Maxik, has served as Chief Technology Officer of Lighting Science Group Corporation since June 2004 and has served as a director of Lighting Science Group since August 2004. In 2002, Maxik formed an environmental products company, which developed the intellectual property that eventually became the principal asset of Lighting Science, Inc. that was acquired by in June 2004. From 1993 to 2002, Maxik formed and managed a product development firm. From 1990 to 1993, he served as vice president of product development for Onkyo Electronics in Osaka, Japan. He began his career with Sansui Electronics in 1983 in Tokyo, Japan where he became vice president of product development. Maxik graduated Bard College with a BA in Physics and Philosophy and received an honorary PhD in Physics from the University of Hong Kong in 1993.

David HendersonVice President, Product and Market Development -
David A. Henderson is Vice President of Product and Market Development at Lighting Science Group Corporation. Henderson is responsible for developing and commercializing the global product portfolio including product life cycle management. Henderson joined Lighting Science after seven years with Acuity Brands Lighting, Holophane Division in Newark, Ohio where he was the Director of Product Management and Engineering, responsible for the development, engineering and commercialization of new products. From 1997 to 2001, Henderson was Engineering Manager at Thomas & Betts Corporation, Memphis, TN. Henderson served as Product Development Engineer at Cooper Lighting, and Senior Designer at Philips Lighting DCO. Henderson is based at the Lighting Science headquarters in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Gorm TeichertChief Business Development Officer -
Gorm Teichert is Chief Business Development Officer at Lighting Science Group Corporation. Teichert is responsible for managing, organizing and developing the company's project and custom solutions business for the global LED (lighting emitting diodes) architectural design market. Teichert joined Lighting Science after seven years with Martin Professional A/S Aarhus, Denmark where he was most recently International Sales and Marketing Director, Architectural, responsible for global sales, product development and marketing. Before Martin Professional, Teichert held marketing and sales positions for Erco Lighting in London, England and for Louis Poulsen and Lightmakers A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teichert is based in Aarhus, Denmark and Sacramento, California.
