Zachary GiblerChairman & Chief Executive Officer -
Zachary S. Gibler, joined us as Vice President of Business Development in October 2007 and until June 2009 served as our Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Gibler was appointed to serve as our Chief Executive Officer on June 11, 2009. Prior to joining us, from 1994 until 2007, Mr. Gibler held a variety of positions in sales management, marketing, and technology development with Acuity Brands, Inc., a corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia that designs, produces and distributes indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures and related products. Mr. Gibler most recently served Acuity Brands from 2004 to 2007 by holding the position of Vice President of Product and Market Development for Holophane Lighting, Inc., one of its subsidiaries. Effective January 1, 2010, Mr. Gibler became an operating advisor for Pegasus Capital, an affiliate of LED Holdings and Pegasus IV, our largest stockholders that collectively beneficially owned 82.5% of our common stock as of January 4, 2010.

Khaled HaramPresident & Chief Operating Officer -
Haram is responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, and supply chain and manufacturing operations and reports to Zach Gibler, Chief Executive Officer of LSG. Khaled Haram has over 25 years of experience across several industries, including entertainment supply chain management, consumer goods, and management consulting. Haram joined Lighting Science from Pegasus Capital Advisors, LP, a private equity fund. At Pegasus, Haram served as an operating advisor where he developed financing programs for energy efficient products and services and provided assistance to LSG. Prior to joining Pegasus in 2008, Haram was the Chief Financial Officer at Handleman Company, a music category manager for retailers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He also was responsible for the company's U.K. business and served as Chief Information Officer during his three year tenure at Handleman. From 2002 to 2006, Haram served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zalia Cosmetics, the first Latin focused cosmetics brand. Haram spent ten years at Estee Lauder Companies, where he held several leadership positions in strategic planning and information technology. He also held management consulting positions at Ernst & Young and business solutions analyst roles at Citibank, N.A. Haram holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University, and a B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union.

Jonathan CohenVice President & Chief Accounting Officer -
Jonathan T. Cohen, joined us as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in November 2009. Mr. Cohen has held senior accounting positions with both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Immediately prior to joining us, Mr. Cohen served as controller for Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. from December 2008 until August 2009. Prior to joining Innovative Solutions & Support, from 2003 until 2008, Mr. Cohen was employed by BravoSolutions US (formally known as Verticalnet, Inc.), a provider of on-demand supply management solutions to Global 2000 companies. Mr. Cohen served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Verticalnet Inc. from 2006 to 2008 until it was purchased by BravoSolutions US and as its Controller from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining Verticalnet, Mr. Cohen assisted Constar International during and after its initial public offering. From 2000 until 2001, Mr. Cohen was a manager in the Deloitte & Touche Emerging Growth practice, which provided consulting services for start-up technology companies.

Fred MaxikChief Scientific Officer -
Fredric S. Maxik, has served as Chief Scientific Officer of Lighting Science Group Corporation since June 2004 and has served as a director of Lighting Science Group since August 2004. In 2002, Maxik formed an environmental products company, which developed the intellectual property that eventually became the principal asset of Lighting Science, Inc. that was acquired by in June 2004. From 1993 to 2002, Maxik formed and managed a product development firm. From 1990 to 1993, he served as vice president of product development for Onkyo Electronics in Osaka, Japan. He began his career with Sansui Electronics in 1983 in Tokyo, Japan where he became vice president of product development. Maxik graduated Bard College with a BA in Physics and Philosophy and received an honorary PhD in Physics from the University of Hong Kong in 1993.

David HendersonSenior Vice President, Product Development -
David Henderson, Senior Vice President, Product Development, is responsible for developing and commercializing the global product portfolio including product life cycle management. David joined Lighting Science after seven years with Acuity Brands Lighting, Holophane Division in Newark, Ohio where he was the Director of Product Management and Engineering, responsible for the development, engineering and commercialization of new products. From 1997 to 2001, David was Engineering Manager at Thomas & Betts Corporation, Memphis, TN. David has also served as Product Development Engineer at Cooper Lighting and as Senior Designer at Philips Lighting DCO. David is based at the Lighting Science headquarters in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Jack Becker recently joined us as Vice President of Supply Chain. Mr. Becker has 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, having served as Executive Vice President of supply chain at Acuity Brands Lighting.

Edward "Ted" RussSenior Vice President & General Manager, North American Illumination -
Ted Russ recently joined us as the general manager of our North America lamp and luminaire business. Before joining us, Mr. Russ was the Chief Operations Officer for StreetSmart Technology. He developed experience in the lighting industry as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Networks, a remote asset management services company focused on street and area lighting that was acquired by Acuity Brands.

Gorm TeichertVice President & General Manager, Custom Solutions -
Gorm Teichert is VP & General Manager, Custom Solutions at Lighting Science Group Corporation. Teichert is responsible for managing, organizing and developing the company's project and custom solutions business for the global LED (lighting emitting diodes) architectural design market. Teichert joined Lighting Science after seven years with Martin Professional A/S Aarhus, Denmark where he was most recently International Sales and Marketing Director, Architectural, responsible for global sales, product development and marketing. Before Martin Professional, Teichert held marketing and sales positions for Erco Lighting in London, England and for Louis Poulsen and Lightmakers A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teichert is based in Aarhus, Denmark and Sacramento, California.

Peter HarteveldManaging Director Lighting Science Group BV & General Manager Europe, Middle East & Asia -
Peter Harteveld is VP and Managing Director of Lighting Science Group BV, responsible for Lighting Science activities in Europe, Middle East and Asia, based out of Goes, the Netherlands. Peter joined Lighting Science in June 2008, prior to which he has worked for 10 years for Philips Lighting in several international assignments. As Director of Program Management, Peter was responsible between 2000 and 2005 for innovation and product management of the Compact Fluorescent division for Philips Lighting based in Hong Kong. From 2005 till 2007, as Senior Director Consumer Lighting, he was responsible for sales of consumer lighting products in Scandinavia, based out of Copenhagen. From early 2007 until joining Lighting Science, Peter was involved in the acquisition of Partners in Lighting by Philips, and integration of their activities inside Philips and business development. Peter is based at the Lighting Science Group BV office in Goes, The Netherlands.

John D. Mitchell Jr.General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, & Vice President Special Projects -
John Mitchell is the General Counsel of Lighting Science Group and is responsible for overseeing all of the company's legal matters. Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in the lighting industry, having previously served as the chief intellectual property counsel at international lighting company Osram Sylvania. Mr. Mitchell has also held positions at the law firms Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox and he served as counsel for Reebok International Ltd.
